How do I send my first case?
Download our Client Info Form, complete it, and send it with your first STL file to cases@ansdental.com. We'll confirm within 24 hours and begin fabrication immediately. Your first 3 cases are free.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept STL files from all major intraoral scanners — 3Shape, Medit, iTero, Carestream, Planmeca, and more. For large files, send via WeTransfer and share the download link by email.
How long does delivery take?
5–7 business days door-to-door to France and Switzerland via DHL or FedEx. We send you the tracking number the same day we ship. For time-sensitive cases, contact us and we'll advise on priority options.
What if the restoration doesn't fit?
We remake it at no charge. No forms to fill, no return shipping cost on your end. Just contact us with photos of the issue and we'll sort it immediately. This policy has no exceptions.
Do you communicate in French?
Yes. Our client team communicates fluently in both English and French. All prescription forms, material certificates, and invoices are available in French on request.
Is importing dental restorations legal in France?
Yes. Custom-made dental devices are exempt from CE marking under EU MDR 2017/745 Annex XIII. We provide full compliance documentation with every shipment to European countries.
